What are the projections for strength of Ivan if it stays on

its current path and goes through Cuba. Any guesses how strong it would be IF it hits Fla on its current path???

Category 4. It'll almost certainly be a major(Category 3).

The TPC/NHC says 115kts = 130-135mph. I would tend to agree simply based on the interaction with land. In central and eastern Cuba there are mountains, alo in Jamaica.
