Hey I know alot of the Florida people
on this board are worried sick that
they "may" be the recipients of ANOTHER
hurricane landfall. Well I can understand
your concern but please click on the link
below and see just how far south and away Ivan is from
Florida or anywhere along the US coastline.

It will take a major pull to get him up to S.Florida.
The further west he moves the less likely for a S. florida landfall.
Yeah I know the "models" are all saying something different
but that's my opinion. I'm NOT saying he won't affect some portion (panhandle) of Florida but I think the area in S. Florida that felt the brunt of Charley and Ivan "MAY" be O.K. The "early" US mainland area of concern would be the Central & Eastern GOM. again this is only my opinion.

what i dont like is that fact we would be on the east side of the storm..broward and dade had relatively little rain from frances. lets just wait and see but the hurricane is behaving rather well and it appears it just cant get to far west.
