We can expect an invest later today with this wave that has a broad surface low pressure.Wow what a cape verde season this 2004 as it has been very active.

seems like the super active seasons of the late 1990's.

maybe even more so.

another low latitude storm.

Although more low latitude than Ivan or Frances were.

Looks like a nothing, but the one trying to develop now to its west did not look much better either.

Looks like a nothing, but the one trying to develop now to its west did not look much better either.


Beware of less than impressive waves that come off Africa.

No chance to develop near the African coastline.
