Ivan the fish storm is possible with in the next few days?

Take a look at the low pressure developing southeast of the Cape verdes on the last few shots it shows a large blow up of covnection. The computer models are forming it in have been for days. This will likely be Ivan the fish!

It will probably develop, but I don't believe recuravture yet. Models also had Frances doing the same thing.

Do you imagine if Ivan develops in the next 24 hours, it will be, 9 named tropical systems in August. This is history in the making!

It actually has tomorrow as well to be an "August" storm.
