NOTE TO ALL ON BOARDS
It is important to remember that 1-5 degrees difference in track location or 5-10 degrees in movement now could mean either landfall in NC or landfall in Miami. For example....if the actual location of Frances on Monday is .5-1 degree south of the projected location....it could go into Miami.......or if it is .5-1.5 degrees north of the projected location....it could go into SC/NC. It is important to monitor every computer model run through Thursday to denote a specific track. We will have a better idea of a U.S. Landfall on Wednesday, and we should be certain of where on Thursday. Please keep this in mind when forecasting in 72+ hours. Thanks!

I have a friendly suggestion -- your topic title could be more specific.
This being a message board, anything that anyone posts is indeed a "Note to all on boards"
How about something like "Tiny track changes very important"
