There is alot of talk about possibly one of these lows either TD 7 or the Bermuda low opening a path for Frances to follow or at the least get drawn into for a while possibly causing a more northern motion..Well that does'nt always happen just like that.I was looking @ maps & info on the 26 season & saw something. When the hurricane that would later hit Miami was located near 20.0N 64.0W with sustained winds of 120MPH there was another hurricane with 120 MPH winds located @ 33.4N & 70.8 W or almost half way between Myrtle Beach,SC & Bermuda @ the same time on the same day.Though there was a major hurricane to the north & relatively not that far from the would be Miami hurricane no path way opened up.The northern cane continued NW N NE even did a small loop before continuing NE & the other cane made a B-line W/NW to Miami.

Just something to think about.

Very very good job of doing your homework man. How long did it take you to find that data?

Great research and observation... Keep it up. I learn lots from those that do the research from previous storms. Something I should do but don't because a) I get lazy and b) am busy trying to keep up with kids and the board.

Thanks...It took me a 1/2 hour or less I remember that 1 day I had stumbled upon this info I just could'nt remember which season & being that this situation seems kinda similar with lots of speculation about how 1 system may affect the next I decided what better time than now to get this out..
