SW Florida hit with a Major- 1st time in 40+ years, possible TS or minimum Hurricane to hit Georgia, when was the last time that happened? Hopefully Frances doesn't try to re-incarnate herself as the Labor Day, Andrew, Great Miami or Okechobe Hurricane. A,B, and C systems hit land. Feel free to add to the list of oddities for the year.
