The strong tropical wave has continued to become better organized this afternoon as more banding features are appearing and the convection is trying to wrap around the low pressure although still somewhat a broad one.It is close to a tropical depression classification and that might occur later tonight or tommorow morning.About the future track as long it is a weak system it will track mainly westward to westnorthwestward but if it develops more quickly then it will go poleward but it is too early to say if the lesser antilles will be threatened by it.Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available and the storm2k forecast team will provide it.
Elsewhere in the atlantic:
An area of clouds and showers located of the US east coast is nearly stationary but at this time there are no signs of tropical cyclone formation but that could change in the comming days so stay tuned.
