A TROPICAL WAVE...THE REMNANTS OF TROPICAL STORM EARL...IS LOCATED
SOUTH OF JAMAICA. THE WAVE IS GENERATING WINDS TO NEAR TROPICAL
STORM FORCE ALONG WITH SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS AS IT MOVES
WESTWARD AT 25 TO 30 MPH. WHILE THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY HAS
INCREASED...IT HAS NOT BECOME ANY BETTER ORGANIZED...SO THE AIR
FORCE RESERVE RECONNAISSANCE FLIGHT THIS MORNING HAS BEEN CANCELED.
HOWEVER...ANOTHER AIRCRAFT IS SCHEDULED TO INVESTIGATE THE REMNANTS
OF EARL THIS AFTERNOON...IF NECESSARY. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON
THIS WEATHER SYSTEM CAN BE FOUND IN HIGH SEAS FORECASTS ISSUED BY
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE...UNDER AWIPS HEADER NFDHSFAT1 AND WMO
HEADER FZNT01 KWBC.
Still it is racing westward and organization is none so the mission this morning has been cancelled.This afternoon another recon mission (IF NECESSARY) may go but I think that afternoon one also wil be cancelled.

Looks like no Recon this afternoon as well. This TW is racing westwards and just can't get it together moving this fast.
