Anybody catch that incredible live storm surge video?
On http://www.nbc-2.com, they had been showing a live shot from Gull Wing (Hotel?). You could see the beach for a long time...the past hour or so...and just a few minutes ago, the water just washed up covering all the grass, a beach chair floated into the picture, and now there's nothing but water!

Right now, message I'm getting is:
"NOTICE: The NBC2 Newsroom is being evacuated. All online Doppler features should continue to work in our absence, as should the live stream of our broadcast. We will return as soon as it is deemed safe to do so. Please take shelter yourself and thank you for watching NBC2 News and visiting us online."

Ive seen the videos and they are pretty incredible. One that left my mouth on the floor was the video of the reporter in Charlotte Harbor. He shot about 40 minutes before the eyewall passed over and he could not stand. The only way he could report was to get on his knees. The winds were probably near 100 I would think.
