I just thought of something
Analogy:
Homestead is to Miami as Tarpon Springs, Sarasota is to Tampa.
Charley is rapidly intensifying and could be as strong as Hugo by the time it reaches W FL. This could be Andrew II in terms of damage amount, deaths, and the type of damage with one exception---this time there will be a VERY LARGE storm surge....and if Charley comes into Tarpon Springs, it is not impossible for a 20+ foot storm surge to come into Tampa Bay.
