Depends upon the track of Charley and its landfall intensity
1. If Charley is a major hurricane at landfall and it gets bak over the Atlantic and hits you, you'll likely have a full hurricane
2. If Charley is a major but stays inland, moderate TS
3. If scenario 1 occurs, but as a moderate cat 2 at landfall, very strong tropical storm
4. If scenario 2 occurrs, but as a moderate 2 at landfall, weak tropical storm
5. Charley remains east of SC, weak TS conditions at worst as the winds will be concentrated in the east side
