Hmmm...
I don't know about the western one, but the one coming off of Africa looks juicy! (So it'll fizzle in about 12 hours 
)
The 0Z run of the GFS does show a nice active pattern setting is.

Quite possible. I'm more impressed with the wave moving off the COA behind it though. Nice banding features surrounding a central, circular area of very deep convection. Now its just got to keep up that convection after moving off the coast and we'll have something here.
Low shear environment coupled with warm SST's and lots of moist air... I'd be surprised if at least one of them don't develop.
