You take charley's current heading 275-280* which its been on a while no and you draw a straight line up (I know these things dont go straight) but average in a wobble here and there and charley has clear air and water all the way to the GOMEX misses jamaca, youth island and cuba!....that makes for easy development. I realize the cons in this but dosent the NHC do this with there cones? Ive notice the cone on Bonnie has become straight? no curve? left in it
