It's that convection popping over the center that may give this a name..

Maybe the NHC should send out some Hunters for a late-night trip...Or they should update TD 03 at 11PM.....

Don't call it a cane dixie, its not even a storm yet. Let's just see how it does during the next 24 hours. If it intensifies after developing a CDO, then I will start getting a bit nervous here in Fla.

looks like storms are flaring up around its center...could it be trying to form an eye?

Well it's not an imeadiate threat so they can wait till the scheduled Recon..and yes if any good hard data that supports an upgrade comes in they could make the call...probably will wait due to the location tonight..Fact is the forcasts are so intimidating they may make the call anyway..
