Without a LLC it seems like the Tnumbers have been skewed..the fast forward speed is adding another 1.0-1.5 to the system..granted the tops are cold but I have my doubts on stacking..at the moment..

That is tropical depression Anne but they at NRL say to TD= NONAME.
