Revised Forcasts? plus, slow downloads

Anyone know if the usual updated/revised seasonal forcasts have come out from dr. grey, or from the NWS?

Last of grey, is called two things/..."june" and yet dated about "may 28". sloppy.

////NWS said "new one early aug.", which is about now.

///Plus... slow downloads temporary? On dial up, i am getting 68 second downloads for every new page. eg. this one to put up a post, and also to view any posts listed on the hurr page.
