The position is around 18n-86w as it is posted at the TWD this evening at the caribbean paragrafh.If by tommorow the convection is there and the upper low fades then things may be more favorable but time will tell however regardless what happens needed rain will go for the areas that may need it but not for Texas that dont need more.

Good analysis Luis.. I hope the upper level low does fade and this thing can crank up some.. :)
