TROPICAL WAVES/ITCZ...
TROPICAL WAVE INTRODUCED ALONG 22W S OF 13N MOVING W 10-15 KT.
1012 MB LOW IS ALONG THE WAVE NEAR 9N. THIS IS A PRETTY
SIGNIFICANT WAVE WITH LARGE 4-5 MB 24 HR PRESSURE RISES OVER W
AFRICA YESTERDAY. A WEAK LOW ACCOMPANIES THE WAVE WITH SOME
EVIDENCE OF MINOR BANDING. ISOLATED MODERATE FROM 7.5N-11N
BETWEEN 20W-26W.

One thing I've noticed thus far is that the waves coming off of Africa have been fairly significant. Setting up to be an interesting and busy season.

Right now conditions arent really good for development but tomorrow the environment off the coast of africa is suppost to be alot better for development. These storms may actually have a small chance of developing. But there is windhsear out ahead of the storms, here is a windshear forcast-
