Caribbean Sea's Shear Tendency

According the GOES-12 24-Hour Shear Tendency Analysis the shear seems to be decreasing in the Caribbean. Still we have a weak low pressure and what the low needs if less sheared environment to evolve.

At 1st i was never really counting on a May storm to develop & then over the weekend the models went nuts & it looked like something could develop & now I believe that if even something got going it will not be very significant.

So NO was my vote.

A buoy in the eastern Gulf of Mexico was reporting 80°, too.
