It looks like the system is inching nnw skimming the coast.

Whether it develops or not,it looks like its going to take a NE track.

I just saw the visible loop and it does look like a slow NNW movement at this time...

Remember, the difficult to find center of an upper, mid and even low level low pressure center may no be moving in the same direction as the convection associated with it.
