Active over west Africa
Seems to be a lot of thunderstorm activity over western Africa but it appears the main area of convection is getting blown off to the north with a weak mid lever feature moving west. No development is likely at this time of course but it will be interesting to see what happens as the westerlies and their accompanying troughs begin their springtime trek north. Lets expect an early season. Keep in mind we had an uncofirmed subtropical low near the Azores last week
