As you can see looking at this information Puerto Rico is located at hurricane alley and because of our location every year we are vigilant looking for those tropical waves that exit africa to see which of them develop into a tropical cyclone and be a threat to the islands.

Yes Lindaloo Georges after causing extensive damage in Puerto Rico went to Louisiana.
