Here's Corpus....

Here is the long loop for Corpus Christi, TX:

Notice how you can really see the pattern of the rainfall with this long time series. I am just too giddy about this. I've always wanted longer loops of radar and satellite- so forgive me if I seem too excited about it.

My programmer, Jason, is the one who made it happen. So even though this was my idea, and I did a lot of the HTML stuff- that's east compared to the programming of the UNIX system we have to upload this stuff on a constant basis.

Anyhow- I am working on a main page for the radar and satellite long loops. That should be up by tomorrow.

Very Cool. I hope we don't need to use that (I mean I hope no hurricane comes nearby. It is still very cool.)

You don't... part of being interested in tropical weather is watching them near the cost, despite the unfortunately damage they can cause.

I am experiencing the activity in the extended Tampa area. Heaviest rain (with some thunderstorms) in quite awhile in this area. 8-)
