SEOUL, March 4 (Yonhap) -- A national agency fully committed to typhoon forecasts will be launched by the government, the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) said Thursday.
The agency, temporarily dubbed the National Center for Typhoon Forecast and Warning, will be charged with the collection of data on typhoons, along with analyzing and forecasting the storms.
