It's quiet in the tropics throughout the world. Debbie is dissipating over Australia while Invest 93S runs out of room just north of Madagascar and Invest 95W provides stormy weather for the Federated States of Micronesia. Local observations report light winds with unrestricted visibility and rain showers. Skies had towering cumulus or cumulonimbus clouds. I guess it's worth watching... not much else to watch. Plus, 95W may add more precip to the Philippines which is try to recover after mudslides, winds, and tornadoes.
