CONTINUE TO BE QUITE HEAVY OVER MOST OF THE LEEWARD ISLANDS WNW
INTO PUERTO RICO WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR SIGNIFICANT FLOODING
ESPECIALLY IN THE SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE U.S. TERRITORY.
SCATTERED MODERATE TO STRONG CONVECTION IS FROM 13N-20N BETWEEN
64W-68W.
