When the Tropical Cyclone Reports start leaking out slowly. I did some searching and found that the TCR for Bill has been released, although it is somewhat hidden from the Archive page. Here it is, for your viewing pleasure:

LOL about Andres.. By the way.. I keep checking the NHC site every so often. Have they found a 2008 replacement for Lili yet.?

LOL Other.. That's actually a reasonable name to use.. I would think Laura or Laci or even something like Leann or somethin.. They need to recycle these names around. There's a bunch of names they can use.
