If it becomes Nicholas again or Odette, and heads into the Gulf somehow, how favorable is the Gulf? Let's hope this is not Kate of 1985.

If we do see development it would be named Odette. The models are forecasting favorable upper level winds in the EGOM but that is days away. SSTs are a lot cooler along the coast than they were a month ago.
