SHIP REPORTS INDICATE A 1006 MB LOW HAS FORMED IN THE SW
CARIBBEAN NEAR 11N78W. IT APPEARS TO BE A RATHER SMALL FEATURE
FOR NOW BUT IS PRODUCING NUMEROUS MODERATE ISOLATED STRONG FROM
S OF 12N BETWEEN 76W-81W. UPPER WINDS LOOK SOMEWHAT HOSTILE
FOR DEVELOPMENT.
