western caribbean..don't see it
There is a tropical wave in the central Caribbean, along 78.5 west, south of 19 north moving west at 10-15 knots. The latest satellite shows some convection firing up with this system. The western Caribbean is a place to watch for possible tropical development this week, with a wave and the upper-level winds becoming more favorable. Also, climatologically-speaking, during October, the Caribbean is a location that can favor tropical development.
