2 New Movie Loops available - Floyd and Lili

Both can be found in the Archived Tropical Weather Section.

Both loops include the landfall of the respective storms.

The Floyd Movie Loop is 48 frames and roughly 2.6 mb
The Lili Movie Loop is 42 frames and roughly 4.7 mb
