Mindy looks better

The deep convection is now over the LLC and that will make the system get better organized and increase the winds some. But will it be a hurricane after all before it turns extratropical is the question. The dvorak T numbers haved increased tonight to 3.0 indicating more organization as I was saying. But those who live in the east coast will have no problems with Mindy paying a visit like Isabel did because a trough will deviate Mindy to the north atlantic passing close to Bermuda hopefully not doing much there.
