Interesting for so late in the season that far out in the atlantic there is a weak low but climo is against it.

kind of unusual to have anything that far east form in October.

Even if it does develop in TD19, which I am leaning towards, it probably won't make it past 50-60W.

like when TD 2 , TD 6 and TS Ana and so on, so far!!
