Is Mindy elongating?

This water vapor loop shows a north-south elongation, and some feathering of the clouds on the east side. she is trying to strengthen, and may be 45 mph as we speak. Nevertheless, I see extremely unfavorable conditions for her in 36 hrs or less. Keep an eye on that low off Virginia coast.
