Tropical wave better organized

The 10:30 PM tropical weather outlook is more bullish than before for this wave so let's see what happens in the next few days but plenty of rain will come to Puerto Rico however any development would wait after it passes the island.

Maybe like early in 2003....

We had major potentals that fizzled in the Caribbean, not Claudette. Td-2, 6, and 9 all had major hurricane potentals, with TD-6 having the most potential. If this wave does develop, I'd see a TD-9 situation.

Most of the gobals models now develop something out of this wave. They are all agreed it will track almost due north.

This mornings 8am TWD talked about a developing low with a continued westward drift. I guess we shall see.

TCVN is a weighted averaged
