But now the question is if it develops what name will have Patricia the next name of the list at the EPAC or it will continue to be Larry.IMO it will be named Patricia.

Based on Stormfury's post about storms crossing from the Atlantic into the Pacific, I would say that the storm will be named Patricia - since the advisories for Larry stopped before the system crossed into the Pacific.
