Larry in EPAC by morning

As I look at him moving inland right now, looks like he is halfway there right now, and looks like he will be back over water in about 12 hours.

Patricia would be the name but will it redevelop after that travel thru land is the question but if it gets good enviroment conditions maybe.

Well, if he were to emerge over the EPAC right now and regenerate.. the name would be Larry.

On the other hand, contrary to what lilbump said, Larry is not even nearly halfway there yet and won't be over the EPAC until tomorrow afternoon.
