Newfoundland is an area that may see this one but by then it will be extratropical but you never know about intensity.
About the numbers I am happy because I said in my forecast for the season 14/8/3 so I have all 3 majors in the book and I dont think any more major cane will form in the rest of the season.

I wonder how long Kate's actually been a Cat 3? They really took their time upping her, but she's looked pretty good at least since yesterday. Taking the time feeds into the suspicion that they verify their own forecasts sometimes, but that's a very good looking storm.
Hats off to everyone (including me) who had Kate pegged as one of the tough storms this year in the "Which storm looks the meanest in name" thread from back in June.

Anyone have the post bookmarked where we gave our numbers for the season. I swear, everytime I try to search for it, I can't get it. But someone else always can.
I thought it was something like "Post your numbers for the 2003 season" or something close to that. Everytime I search for it, I get the message that no posts match those keywords (and yes, I search with a variety of keyword combinations).

Here it is Shawn...

I found it on Page 6, ninth one down... using the Ctrl+F feature to find the word, "numbers."
I find doing it that way better than using the search feature in most cases.
