Interaction of a wave and an upper trough is causing a divergent flow and that is why all that convection but nothing to worrie about developing into anything more.

Outside is a deceptively lush green but (trust me) we in Barbados (and for that matter, most of the Lesser Antilles) could sure use some of that rain. It's been unbelieveably dry here for most of the year. October and November are traditionally Barbados' wettest months, however. So I guess there's still hope.

Abajan, hope you get the rain you need. Apparently nothing to be concerned about with the convection flare-up.
