Now winds haved increased to 70 mph and pressure is down to 991 mbs.Will she become the 6th hurricane of the season? Well I think that she will be a hurricane as the shear is decreasing in the area.

Kate may indeed become a hurricane.. Funny how a couple days ago they didn't even think she'd become a TS lol
