Yes, the surface low i spotted on visible shots is now just southeast of Cozumel. Looks as if it is developing, i still say its a TD now.

It may be a TD now.. we have to wait for NHC or recon I guess..

Recon put this off over the weekend, but now they do not have much choice. System looks much better and as you said Dixie, starting to spin at the lower levels. It will be on Floridas doorstep quick if it gets much further north.
