Lets correct the NHC center fix

unless the NRL is completely wrong with their detailed lat lon maps, juan is not near 45.8W as that would have the system emerging off of the north coast of NS. Maybe NHC meant 43.8 or 44.8, not 45.8

40.8W probably; not that far west; checking 11PM now says 40.7...somebody screwed up..lol

Wow.. they sure had me confused. I must of checked the Halifax radar like 10 times before coming to the conclusion that something must be wrong there.

The correct position is 44.5N 63.8W.

that should be the eye is not at 45.8N, maybe 44.8N or 43.8N
