DR. James Mccanney ....on Art Bell last nite, has ionosphere theory of hurric. origin..and claims great record of forcasting dates for hurricane cluster origins. IE, days when the conditions favor the development of many storms.
QUESTION...anyone know of any test of his record against the true historical record? Objective testing needed, before i use his forcasts for personal planning.
HIS THEORY..Solar wind, captured electrons in ionosphere form dense currents, one around equator...tall cumulus clouds create downpaths for electrons...this supplies sizeable to most of, energy for the storms. IF i recall him accurately. LOL.
SUMMARY..anyone know of objective met's evaluation of MCCANNeY's forcast record?
Thank You,
John New Orleans...watching Larry in the south. hmmmmmm.
