Isabel could cause.......
More Damage than it could due to the ground being saturated in the southeast and midatlantic, if she decides to hit this area, the ground cant hold much more water, and river levels across the midatlantic are already near our out of there banks, thus flooding could be extreme, and the loose soil will cause trees powerpoles ETC, to come crashing down much more easily......

Absolutely hurricanedude. Even up in my area, it was very wet in August and the first few days of September. Although the past week has been dry, I am concerned about the possibility of Henri's ghost bringing rain to my area this weekend, then some possible affects from Isabel late next week, should she decide to come north. My area saw over 7 inches of rain from Floyd back in 1999 and there was flooding, in spite of the area being in a drought. Most creeks and rivers near me are full to capacity. A repeat or near-repeat of Floyd would NOT be good at all! :o
