Was there a ULL to Isabel's east on Monday?

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Was there a ULL to Isabel's east on Monday?

#1 Postby ColdFront77 » Wed Sep 10, 2003 4:02 am

As some of you may remember, I mentioned there was a ULL (an upper level low) to Isabel's northeast and/or east on Monday. This was mentioned on The Weather Channel Monday afternoon and that is what the WV loop indicated.

This isn't to say that the ULL to "her" west didn't (or doesn't) exist.

Thank you in advance.

Yes, there was an ULL on either side of the ULH over Isabel. Not too atypical.
