This is especially relevant for our newer members.
Speaking on behalf of the moderators and admins, we're noticing an increasing number of posts containing hotlinks.
Images and/or data contained in hotlinks usually become outdated, and often quickly so. When this happens, in time the post becomes irrelevant to the topic, or at least the point trying to be made.
Data from a page can be copied into your post and formatted using the divide (Div) tag, and the bold (B) and Font colour tags if you want to emphasize some or all of the text.
Please read this post about hotlinking, and if you have any questions about how to use an image hosting site and how to embed a hosted image into your post, just ask one of the staff. Thanks!
