Countdown to start of 2025 Storm2K Numbers Poll
Hey folks. We are already counting down to the annual poll and this year, it will begin on March 9th at 2PM EDT to coincide with the beggining of daylight saving time.
Now is a good time to start to think about how will the set of numbers of named storms/hurricanes/major hurricanes be.

We are less than 50 days to the start of the poll. Time goes so fast that before you know, it will be open soon enough for the members, so start to think about the numbers game.

We are getting closer and closer to begin the poll on the 9th of March at 2 PM EDT. Since Febuary has 28 days, today is only 30 days left, so get ready to participate.

Only three more sundays and the poll will be up and running. I already have preliminary numbers but wont reveal them until the 9th.

My safe bet is always 15/7/3. But the ACE is a tough question.

Can't believe we're nearly turning the corner and seeing the next hurricane season on the horizon
My initial thoughts are that genesis & storm tracks will be primarily "west basin focused" with an enhanced impact risk to Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and Central to N.E. US seaboard. To me, this year feels like there's a higher number of unknown variables but I'll have my preliminary forecast guess ready next week nonetheless
