Development expected SW of Hawaii (Is Invest 90C)

GFS and EC are showing a fairly strong TS forming in the CPAC in a couple of days. In addition, there is a large monsoon trough that is slowly consolidating. Too much ridging to allow this to turn toward Hawaii, however. So, even though this is forming in the Iwa zone, we won't be seeing a repeat
