Too warm at 10,000 ft. PROS, can this change fast?

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

im not an expert at why the cap wont break. it would be nice to see if any pros here think it can change or if it can change. Greg Postel had an excellent presentation on why the tropics are dead. he had a map where the MJO had overspread the atlantic but it meant nothing because the cap is whacking all convection. can it or will it change?
